Professor Mike Tipton - "Cold Water Immersion: Kill or Cure?"

Mike Tipton was originally scheduled to come and give this talk for the November '21 meeting, but needed to cancel, however we are delighted to have him for April.

Please note this Meeting is on a Wednesday and not the usual 2nd Thursday.

Professor Mike Tipton will describe the hazards associated with immersion in cold water as well as some of the claimed health benefits associated with open cold water swimming.
